What can I expect from therapy?
Therapy is a space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and worries and fears without shame or judgement, and therapy can look many different ways depending on what you hope to get out of therapy.
Sometimes people choose to work through long-standing mental health challenges like depression, anxiety, PTSD, or grief and loss issues.
Other times folks start therapy as a way to develop strategies for personal growth and/or life skills.
And other times folks come into therapy during periods of significant transition or stress, like interpersonal conflicts, receiving a medical diagnosis, struggles with self-worth and self-esteem, or trauma.
Therapy can help anyone who has a desire to learn more about themselves and make positive changes to create the life you want.
We offer in-person appointments & virtual appointments
In-person and virtual sesssions are by-appointment-only. To get started, please connect with our therapists through our online booking site to book a free 20 minute consultation call.
In-Person appointments
In-person appointments are held at 30 Powerhouse Street, Toronto, Ontario, from Monday-Sunday between 9am-9pm.
Virtual appointments
Virtual appointments are held online via a secure telehealth platform called Jane. This makes therapy more accessible– You can join from anywhere using a phone, tablet, or computer. All you need is a private-enough space and a secure internet connection to access therapy. Pick the option that suits your needs best.
